Tribute to Veiled Muslim Women in the West

HaSM respectfully acknowledges and salutes Muslim women and girls who wear the veil in western nations, especially in places where Muslim women have been insulted and discriminated against, or in some cases assaulted, mistreated, and abused.
They show courage and determination that not too many people can boast.
While there's a certain amount of ambiguity about the faith of men of Middle Eastern or South Asian features, in the veiled women's case, their religion is not at all in doubt
Certainly no one, woman or man, envies them their situation, or would want to be in their shoes. But it isn't Islam that put them in the "situation" they're in, it's exclusively the intolerance and prejudice of some in the west that has done that.
HaSM 's members, by their very beliefs, or disbeliefs, do not subscribe to the wearing of religious apparel, or any other such outward manifestations of religious affiliation, but they cannot but admire those who would rather risk discrimination, and even physical dangers, than give up their principles and beliefs and succumb to the cowards who commit such crimes and practice such hate against innocent women and girls who haven't hurt anyone.
Salaam veiled Muslim ladies in the west.
And our salutes to the overwhelming majority of the people of western nations who do not accept such racism and discrimination, and who strongly condemn any such abuse of innocent people based on their race, religion, looks, or clothing. Thank you all.
